This was the worst experience that my family has ever had while travelling. I would not recommend this establishment for anyone to stay at.
This hotel was not acceptable, the tvs did not work there was no working phone in the room. The hotel allows minors to stay and throw parties which caused my family to be up until 5am the first night dealing with the police. Items that my son had purchased for souveniers were stolen from the room. The pool was dirty and cold. The staff did not comply with the complaints and did not make the stay a nice experience at all.

Pictures on internet are not reflective of the condition this motel / hotel is in . Seems like they are in a state of new owners and quality and condition are not an issue ,, lights in hallway not turned on ,, some type of funky stuff released from jets in jetted tub,, / owner / manager said " that is coming from the water, I will have someone come to clean it " I am a plumber by trade ,,,and know 100% it was not from the water ,,, anyway ,,,better to spend some extra bills and totally enjoy your stay somewhere else ,,,best of luck to the owners ,,,but they have to be ready to spend major money on improvements throughout the business!!!

None of the televisions in either of the two rooms I booked worked. Some of the outlets did not work in both rooms. Neither of the rooms had a phone in them, and one had a used tissue crumpled in the drawer of the bedside table. I also heard another guest say that upon getting into his room he found vomit on a bed and on the floor.

I did not like the room. It was not recently updated, it was dirty & smelled bad. It was the worst hotel I ever stayed in.

The staff was very friendly and were able to help us out with questions about the City and the hotel. The rooms were clean (although needed an update). It was within walking distance to the falls and was a good price.
There was no cable, internet, or mini fridge. But, you cant expect to have any of these luxuries when you are paying for a buget motel. It was clean, had a roof over you head and a matress to sleep on.

Staff was nice and polite
Overpriced on new years eve, breakfast was included but really poor quality. Tv was unplugged and I had to plug it myself. Overall I think the regular price is around $50+ tax which is fair but I paid $200 coz of the new year and it is really a poor value for your money at that price.

The hotel is located near the center of the city. You can walk it or take a cab for 6 dollars. The beds in the rooms were really big and it is a very good price for the room. We were there with a big group of students and it was a nice and cheap way to stay near the center of Niagara Falls
The bathrooms were kind of dirty and we had to ask for extra towels.
